Inviting someone into your home is a big deal. You need to know exactly how it works before we even step through the door.

  • ⏱️ PROFESSIONAL MAN-HOURS
    This is the one that confuses people most.

    If you book a 6-hour clean, and we send a team of three, we will be finished in 2 hours.

    You get the result, not the minutes on the clock

    3 people x 2 hours = 6 hours of work. You get your home back faster, but the exact same amount of detailed work gets done. It’s about efficiency, not rushing.

  • We simply extend the booking

    If you have a larger property or specific extra tasks in mind just let us know when you book. We can add extra hours upfront as our standard Fixed Extension Rate. We include our fixed Extension rate in all our Price Guides

  • We Stop and ask

    If we reach the time limit and there is still work to do, we pause. You decide if we finish up there or continue at the extension rate.

  • To avoid cross contamination we use your vacuum and mops

    If you have specific product you prefer (due to allergies or a favourite scent), we are more than happy to use those instead. We also carry our own professional sprays and cloths. However, for hygiene reasons we use your vacuum and mop

    Why? This ensures no dust, allergens or pet hair from other households ever enter your home.

  • Your home, Your Rules - we are flexible

    If you want to let us in and leave, stay and work, or even clean alongside us - it is entirely your choice. We work around you.

  • We love them, but safety comes first.

    We are happy to attend homes with pets. However, every pet reacts differently to vacuums and strangers.

    We ask that you are present for the first clean to ensure your pet is comfortable with us. Alternatively, you can settle them in a safe, separate room whilst we work.
